  1. We find your new home and agree the purchase price. This is agreed up front so you know, from the start, how much you will pay to complete the purchase. We also agree how much time you have to complete the purchase - this is usually between 3 and 5 years.
  2. You make a 'getting started' payment. This is typically about 3% of the purchase price of the property.
  3. Each month, you pay the normal market rent for the property, plus an additional smaller amount of 'super-rent'.
  4. When you buy your home, we give you back the 'getting started' payment and the 'super-rent' amounts. Together these go towards your deposit when you complete the purchase of your home.
